Equipment Specification and Bid Evaluations 

In order to achieve certain noise emission targets, key components will require a detailed noise emission limit.  To purchase the component may require a detailed acoustic specification and associated testing procedure.  Development of these procedures requires detailed knowledge of the applicable mitigation methods and their impact on the equipments operation and maintenance.  Reviewing the vendor responses may also be a complicated analysis as their bids may not achieve the required acoustic performance in all octave band, however their solution may be acceptable to the project.  HFP has the required expertise to deliver a detailed performance and testing specification and to work with the client in reviewing vendor bids.
